A vision to develop over 200 acres in Bedford, Kentucky, into a community for residents to age in place, build community, and welcome guests to slow down & embrace the beauty of rural Kentucky.

The county owns a beautiful stretch of about 200 acres on the edge of Bedford. Right now it sits vacant. Coleman's Landing is a vision for what that land could become: a real, working community where folks can put down roots, age in place near the people they love, find a good job close to home, and welcome visitors who want to see what rural Kentucky life is all about.
